The vegetarian recipe for Pumpkin, Soy Milk and Flax Seed Sauce:

- 1 cup pumpkin cubes (steam until tender and mash)
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tsp ground golden flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Place all the ingredients in a pot and occasionally stir until boiling.
- Add salt and stir well.
