Vegetarian Recipe: Pan-Fried Noodles


  • 1 kg of fresh wheat noodle/生面 saang mein


  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning


  • Heat up some oil, add wheat noodles, pan-fry the noodles over low heat until fragrant, cover the pan and briefly simmer.
  • Then, add salt + vegetarian seasoning + some water, cover the pan and briefly simmer.
  • Open the lid and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add some water, cover the pan again and briefly simmer.
  • Dish out and serve.
