Vegetarian Recipe: Happy Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 small packet of frozen mixed vegetables (defrost)
  • 4 slices of vegetarian cheese (tear each into 3 pieces)

Seasonings

  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt

Method

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan, stir-fry mixed vegetables + salt over medium heat.
  • Lay the cheese pieces on top of the mixed vegetables.
  • Turn off heat when the cheese melts evenly.
  • Cool, dish out, set on a plate and serve.
