Ingredients

  • 8 bean curd puffs
  • 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch (mix with some water; serves as a thickener)

Method

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  • Add bean curd puffs and stew with salt + sugar.
  • Lastly, thicken with tapioca starch paste.
