Ingredients
- 200 g Vege Angel Plant-Based Hot Chili Tomato Nuggets
- 80 g macaroni
- 1 tomato (dice)
- 6 green beans (dice)
- 1/2 lemon (squeeze the juice)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vegetarian seasoning
- 15 roasted cashew nuts (for topping, optional)
Method
- Cook the macaroni in boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain the excess water with a sieve.
- Heat the Plant-Based Hot Chili Tomato Nuggets.
- Add the tomatoes, lemon juice, salt and vegetarian seasoning. Cook the tomatoes until soft.
- Add the macaroni and green beans. Stir-fry until the beans are well cooked.
