Ingredients
- 200 g Vege Angel Plant-Based Hot Chili Tomato Nuggets (mince the nuggets with a blender)
 - 300 g self-rising flour
 - 3/4 tsp salt
 - 150 ml water
 
Method
- Mix the self-rising flour with salt and water.
 - Knead the dough until smooth and let it rests for 30 minutes.
 - Divide the dough into 4 balls.
 - Roll out the dough ball into a long shape and spread the minced Plant-Based Hot Chili Tomato Nuggets on it.
 - Roll it up tightly into a cylindrical shape.
 - Cut the cylindrical dough in half.
 - Flatten and stretch the dough into pancake shape.
 - Pan-fry both sides of the paratha until golden brown.
