Method

  • Mix the self-rising flour with salt and water.
  • Knead the dough until smooth and let it rests for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 4 balls.
  • Roll out the dough ball into a long shape and spread the minced Plant-Based Hot Chili Tomato Nuggets on it.
  • Roll it up tightly into a cylindrical shape.
  • Cut the cylindrical dough in half.
  • Flatten and stretch the dough into pancake shape.
  • Pan-fry both sides of the paratha until golden brown.
