Ingredients
- 200 g Vege Angel Plant-Based Hot Chili Tomato Nuggets
- 35 g mung bean vermicelli (soak in water until soft)
- 35 g vegetables
- 1/4 lemon (squeeze the juice)
- 2 tsp vegetarian seasoning
- 300 ml water
- salt to taste (optional)
Method
- Add the Plant-Based Hot Chili Tomato Nuggets, vegetarian seasoning, salt and lemon juice in the boiling water.
- Add the mung bean vermicelli into the spicy soup.
- Lastly, add the vegetables and cook for a while.
- Enjoy!
