Pineapple Nuggets 旺梨满堂

The vegan recipe for Pineapple Nuggets:

servings – 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 400 g pineapple (peel, core and cut into small chunks)
  • 1 tbsp ground golden flax seeds
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 /2 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup water

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Combine ground golden flax seeds, wheat flour, rice flour, water and salt; stir until a smooth batter is formed.
  2. Heat oil over high heat.
  3. Coat the pineapple chunks in the batter and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Remove, drain and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
