The vegetarian recipe for Yogurt and Cheese Rice:

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice (wash)
- 100 g vegetarian soft cheese
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 cups water
Seasonings
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Place rice, water, vegetarian soft cheese, plain yogurt and salt in the rice cooker.
- Heat vegetable oil, saute cumin seeds until fragrant and transfer them with the oil to the rice cooker.
- Turn on the rice cooker.
- When the rice is ready, scoop out to serve.
