The vegetarian recipe for Yogurt and Cheese Rice:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice (wash)
  • 100 g vegetarian soft cheese
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Place rice, water, vegetarian soft cheese, plain yogurt and salt in the rice cooker.
  2. Heat vegetable oil, saute cumin seeds until fragrant and transfer them with the oil to the rice cooker.
  3. Turn on the rice cooker.
  4. When the rice is ready, scoop out to serve.
