Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 2 slices ginger (pat)
- 1 tsp sugar – optional
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a pot and cook over low heat.
- Stir occasionally until it boils.
- Turn off the heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
- Stir well and serve.
