Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 slices ginger (pat)
  • 1 tsp sugar – optional

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and cook over low heat.
  2. Stir occasionally until it boils.
  3. Turn off the heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir well and serve.
