The vegetarian recipe for Radish Slices and Kelp Braised in Balsamic Vinegar:

Ingredients

  • 250 g radish (slice)
  • 1 piece kelp (soak in water until soft and cut into strips)
  • 8 slices ginger (pound)
  • 5 cups water

Seasonings

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Method

  1. Heat oil, briefly saute ginger until fragrant and place it in a pot.
  2. Add radish slices, kelp, water and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Braise over low heat for about 1/2 hour.
  4. Add brown sugar and cook until it dissolves.
  5. Serve.
