Ingredients

  • 1 cup black beans (soak in water for 1 hour and drain)
  • 1 carrot (dice)
  • 5 cups water

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
  2. Add salt and stir well.
  3. Serve.
