Ingredients

  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Place green peas, cashew nuts and water in a blender; process until smooth.
  2. Pour the puree into a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Add salt and stir evenly.
  4. Serve.
