The vegetarian recipe for Oatmeal and Green Pea Burger:

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 2 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp hot cereal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients and form into rounds.
  2. Heat oil, fry the burgers until golden brown, dish out and drain.
  3. May serve with Sponge Bread and Assorted Vegetables Simmered With White Pepper Seeds.
