The vegetarian recipe for Celery Burgers:

Ingredients
- 250 g celery stem (dice)
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup water
Seasonings
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Method
- Combine celery stem, wheat flour, self-rising flour, water, salt and ground black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Form into rounds and coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil and pan-fry until golden brown.
- Serve with lemon juice.
