The vegetarian recipe for Celery Puree:

Ingredients

  • 250 g celery (cut into small sections)
  • 3 portions or 48 g soft cheese – suitable for vegetarians

Seasonings

  • salt to taste

Method

  • Place celery and some water in a blender.
  • Puree until smooth and fine; gently pour it into a pot.
  • Add soft cheese plus salt and bring to a boil.
  • Serve.
