The vegetarian recipe for Celery Puree:
Ingredients
- 250 g celery (cut into small sections)
- 3 portions or 48 g soft cheese – suitable for vegetarians
Seasonings
- salt to taste
Method
- Place celery and some water in a blender.
- Puree until smooth and fine; gently pour it into a pot.
- Add soft cheese plus salt and bring to a boil.
- Serve.
