Ingredients

  • 1/2 or 500 g of winter melon (peel, remove the seeds and core, dice)
  • 8 red dates
  • 8 cups of water

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Method

  • Place water + winter melon + red dates in a pot.
  • Cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Add salt and stir to combine evenly.
  • Serve.
