Ingredients
- 1 piece of ‘wheat cod fish’ 素麦鳕鱼 su mai xue yu/vegetarian fish (pan-fry)
Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons of red yeast rice paste
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Method
- Heat oil and stir-fry red yeast rice paste + sugar + water (3 tablespoons) until fragrant.
- Add pan-fried vegetarian fish and briefly simmer.
- Serve.
