Ingredients

  • 4 soya drumsticks/vegetarian chicken drumsticks (fry till golden brown, drain and arrange on a plate)

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of plum sauce

Method

  • Heat up 1 tablespoon of remaining oil.
  • Add sugar + salt + chili sauce + tomato sauce + plum sauce and stir-fry over low heat.
  • Add some water and briefly boil.
  • Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the fried soya drumsticks and serve.
