Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (steam, peel, mash and set aside)
- 8 cashew nuts
- 3 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of sugar
Method
- Combine mashed potato + glutinous rice flour + salt + sugar.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll them into rounds.
- Then, insert a cashew nut into each round.
- Fry until golden brown, dish out, drain and serve.
