Ingredients
- 2 cups of crushed coconut
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of coconut milk
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
Method
- Combine all the ingredients and seasonings above, mix well, divide into approximately 20 small portions and form ovoid shapes.
- Heat up oil, fry over low heat until golden brown, dish out, drain and serve.
