Ingredients

  • 2 sweet corns (cut into round pieces)
  • 12 red dates
  • 1/2 kudzu root (cut into small cubes)
  • 1/2 carrot (dice)

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Prepare 1/2 pot of water, add sweet corn pieces + red dates + kudzu root cubes + diced carrot into the pot and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
  • Add salt + vegetarian seasoning, briefly cook and serve.
