Ingredients
- 12 shiitake nuggets/vegetarian mutton nuggets
- 1 radish (dice)
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
Method
- Bring 1/2 pot of water to a boil.
- Add shiitake nuggets + diced radish into the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add salt + vegetarian seasoning, briefly cook and serve.
