Ingredients
- 1 cup of red bean (rinse)
- 1 cup of mung bean (rinse)
Seasonings
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- coconut milk for topping
Method
- Add the rinsed red and mung beans into 1/2 pot of water.
- Cook until the beans are tender.
- Add sugar and briefly boil.
- Serve in bowls and top with some coconut milk.
