Vegetarian Recipe: Short Rice Noodles with Diced Coriander Posted by Susan Siow | Jul 17, 2011 | Pasta, Updates, Vegetarian Recipes Ingredients 15 soya nuggets/vegetarian roasted chicken 素香酥鸡 su xiang su ji (defrost and dice) 1 kg of short rice noodles (blanch in boiling water, drain and set aside) 2 stalks of coriander (dice) Seasonings 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon of sugar 1/2 cup of chili sauce Method Bring 1 cup of oil to a boil. Stir-fry diced soya nuggets over medium heat. Add some water + salt + vegetarian seasoning + white pepper powder + sugar and simmer. Add diced coriander, stir-fry, dish out and set aside. Serve short rice noodles with the coriander mixture and chili sauce.
