Ingredients
- 4 pieces of bean curd (crush)
- 8 pieces of bread (cut into half-square triangles)
- 1 cup of self-rising flour
- 16 parsley leaves
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder
Method
- Combine crushed bean curd + salt + sugar + white pepper powder, add self-rising flour and mix well.
- Spread the bean curd mixture onto the breads.
- Top with a parsley leaf (one each).
- Deep fry in hot oil, dish out, drain, set on a plate and serve.
