Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of bean curd (crush)
  • 8 pieces of bread (cut into half-square triangles)
  • 1 cup of self-rising flour
  • 16 parsley leaves

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder

Method

  • Combine crushed bean curd + salt + sugar + white pepper powder, add self-rising flour and mix well.
  • Spread the bean curd mixture onto the breads.
  • Top with a parsley leaf (one each).
  • Deep fry in hot oil, dish out, drain, set on a plate and serve.
