How to make Chinese salted vegetables (the speedy way):

Ingredients

  • 500 g mustard greens
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Seasonings

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Method

  1. Heat vegetable oil, add mustard greens and stir until fragrant.
  2. Add salt, sugar, rice vinegar and turmeric powder; stir until fully absorbed.
  3. Remove and serve.
