Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (defrost)
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp chili sauce

Method

  1. Heat vegetable oil.
  2. Saute the mixed vegetables until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked rice and chili sauce; stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Sprinkle the soy sauce over.
  5. Stir well, remove and serve.
