  • 1 cup black-eyed peas (soak in water for 2 hours)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Place black-eyed peas and water in a pot; simmer until fully absorbed.
  2. Heat vegetable oil, add the cooked black-eyed peas and salt; stir-fry until fragrant.
