Tomato Chutney 西红柿辛香蘸酱

The vegan recipe for Tomato Chutney:

Ingredients

  • 5 tomatoes (dice)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water

Seasonings

  • 2 tsp mixed spices
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Heat vegetable oil and saute mixed spices until fragrant.
  2. Add tomatoes and stir well.
  3. Add water and salt.
  4. Cook until the chutney becomes thick.
  5. Serve.
