The vegan recipe for Green Bean Omelette:

Ingredients
- 15 green beans (slice into thin pieces)
 - 1 tbsp golden flax seed powder
 - 1/4 cup wheat flour
 - 1 cup self-rising flour
 - 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 - 1 1/2 cup water
 
Seasonings
- 1 tsp salt
 
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and seasonings.
 - Ladle 1/2 cup batter into a non-stick pan, make a round shape, pan-fry both sides over low heat until golden brown, remove and set on a plate; repeat this step until all the batter is used up.
