The vegetarian recipe for Steamed Tofu with Dong Quai and Goji Berries:

Ingredients
- 3 blocks soft tofu
- 5 pieces Dong Quai
- 20 goji berries/wolfberries
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp water
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Method
- Lay tofu blocks on a steaming plate and top with Dong Quai pieces plus goji berries.
- Sprinkle water, vegetable oil, salt and soy sauce over; steam for 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
