The vegetarian recipe for Long Bean Rice:

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 6 long beans (trim the ends and slice)
- 1/2 cup soya mince
Seasonings
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Method
- Heat oil, saute soya mince until fragrant, remove and set aside.
- In the pan, briefly saute long beans.
- Add rice, salt, soy sauce and ground black pepper; stir evenly.
- Add fried soya mince, mix evenly and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Dish out and serve.
