The Vegetarian Recipe for Red Yeast Rice Paste Roasted Tofu:

Ingredients
- 2 blocks tofu
- 1 tbsp red yeast rice paste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
- Combine red yeast rice paste, vegetable oil and sugar to form a smooth sauce.
- Pour the sauce on top of the tofu blocks.
- Bake at 160°C for about 15 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
