Ingredients
- 10 bean curd puffs
- 2 cups water
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Method
- Heat oil, saute white pepper powder, salt and sugar until fragrant.
- Add bean curd puffs and water.
- Simmer until fully absorbed.
- Dish out and serve.
