Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp mixed spices
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. Heat oil, stir-fry grated coconut until light brown.
  2. Add mixed spices, rice and salt.
  3. Stir-fry until fragrant.
