Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp mixed spices
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Heat oil, stir-fry grated coconut until light brown.
- Add mixed spices, rice and salt.
- Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Dish out and serve.
