The vegetarian recipe for Fried Snow Mushrooms:

Ingredients
- 2 snow mushroom/silver ear mushroom (soak in water until soft and cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Method
- Combine self-rising flour, white sesame seeds, salt, sugar, white pepper powder and some water.
- Stir well to form a frying paste.
- Coat the snow mushrooms in it and fry until golden brown.
- Dish out, drain and serve.
