The vegetarian recipe for Short Rice Noodles with Soy Sauce Dressing:

Ingredients

  • 1 kg short rice noodles
  • 2 stalks coriander (dice)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce

Method

  1. Blanch short rice noodles in boiling water, ladle into a sieve, drain and place on a plate.
  2. Sprinkle over with vegetable oil, dark soy sauce, soy sauce and vegetarian oyster sauce.
  3. Mix evenly.
  4. Top with diced coriander.
  5. Serve.
