The vegetarian recipe for Green Papaya Salad:

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg green papaya (peel, remove seeds and shred)
- 3 tbsp white sesame seeds (saute without oil until fragrant)
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar/apple cider vinegar
Method
- Mix green papaya with sugar and salt; leave aside for 10 minutes.
- Add vinegar, combine and leave aside for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle white sesame seeds over and serve.
