Ingredients

  • 250 g sweet potatoes (steam, peel and mash)
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • adequate whipped cream

Seasonings

  • 1/2 cup fine sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method

  • Combine all ingredients and seasonings.
  • Mix evenly and divide into 12 portions.
  • Place them in a greased muffin baking tray.
  • Steam over high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream.
