The vegetarian recipe for Carrot and Kelp Bundles:
Ingredients
- 1 kelp (soak in water until soft and cut into 2-inch lengths)
- 1 carrot (cut into rounds)
Seasonings
- 1/2 cup sweet bean paste 甜酱 tian jiang (mix with 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil)
Method
- Thread kelp + carrot by alternating them onto the bamboo skewers (about six).
- Steam for about 15 minutes and serve with sweet bean sauce.
