The vegetarian recipe for ‘Fried Rice with Mixed Vegetables’:
Ingredients
- 3 cups of cooked rice/leftover rice
- 1/2 cup of frozen mixed vegetables (defrost)
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper powder
Method
- Heat oil, stir-fry mixed vegetables + rice + salt.
- Cover the pan briefly.
- Add white pepper power + some water and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Serve.
