The vegetarian recipe for ‘Fried Rice with Mixed Vegetables’:

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cooked rice/leftover rice
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mixed vegetables (defrost)

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper powder

Method

  • Heat oil, stir-fry mixed vegetables + rice + salt.
  • Cover the pan briefly.
  • Add white pepper power + some water and stir-fry until fragrant.
