The vegetarian recipe for ‘Seasoned Soya Mince’:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of soya mince
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Seasonings

  • 3 tablespoons of vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder

Method

  • Heat oil, stir-fry soya mince over low heat until fragrant.
  • Sprinkle over with vegetarian oyster sauce + soy sauce + sugar + white pepper powder.
  • Stir to combine evenly and briefly saute.
  • Dish out and serve.
