The vegetarian recipe for ‘Snow Pear Soup’:

Ingredients

  • 4 snow pears (peel, remove seeds and core, cut into small cubes and set aside)
  • 8 cups of water

Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Method

  • Place pears + water into a pot.
  • Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Then, add sugar and stir well.
  • Dish out and serve.
