Ingredients
- 2 pieces of show fungus/雪耳 xue er (soak in water until soft, wash, divide into small portions, drain and set aside)
- 10 red dates (wash, remove the pits and set aside)
- 1 small piece of ginger (shred, stir-fry and set aside)
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
Method
- Lay snow fungus + red dates into a steaming plate.
- Sprinkle over with salt + vegetarian seasoning + stir-fried ginger & oil.
- Steam for about 20 minutes.
- Serve.
