Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower (cut into florets, wash and set aside)
- 1 cup of self-rising flour
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper powder
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
Method
- Combine self-rising flour + salt + vegetarian seasoning + white pepper powder + some water and form a frying batter.
- Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and coat evenly.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Dish out, drain and serve.
