Ingredients

  • 1/2 loaf of vegetarian roasted duck/素黄金鸭 su huang jin ya (slice)
  • 1/2 cup of green peas (defrost)

Seasonings

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt

Method

  • Heat oil, pan-fry vegetarian roasted duck slices.
  • Add green peas + vegetarian oyster sauce + salt + some water and stir-fry.
  • Cover the pan and simmer till the green peas are cooked.
  • Serve.
