Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf of vegetarian roasted duck/素黄金鸭 su huang jin ya (slice)
- 1/2 cup of green peas (defrost)
Seasonings
- 1 tablespoon of vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
Method
- Heat oil, pan-fry vegetarian roasted duck slices.
- Add green peas + vegetarian oyster sauce + salt + some water and stir-fry.
- Cover the pan and simmer till the green peas are cooked.
- Serve.
