Vegetarian Recipe: Spaghetti with Mushroom Sauce Posted by Susan Siow | Aug 13, 2011 | Pasta, Updates, Vegetarian Recipes Ingredients 1 small bunch of spaghetti (cook in boiling water until tender, dish out, drain and set aside) 5 button mushrooms (slice) 1 tablespoon of butter 1 cup of white mushroom sauce – please refer to white mushroom sauce recipe Seasonings 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning Method Stir-fry butter in a small pot over low heat. Add mushroom slices + salt + vegetarian seasoning and stir-fry. Cover the pot, cook until the mushrooms are moist and softened. Add white mushroom sauce + cooked spaghetti and mix well. Cover the pot, simmer until fully absorbed, dish out and serve.
