Ingredients

  • 1 small yam bean (cut into fine strips)
  • 1 carrot (cut into fine strips)
  • 6 shiitakes (soak in water until soft and cut into fine strips)

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder

Method

  • Firstly, stir-fry shiitake strips.
  • Then, add yam bean strips + carrot strips, cover the pan and simmer for a while.
  • Add salt + sugar + soy sauce + white pepper powder and stir-fry.
  • Add some water, cover the pan, briefly simmer, dish out and serve.
