Vegetarian Recipe: Hot and Creamy Vegetable Rolls Posted by Susan Siow | Jul 18, 2011 | Spicy, Updates, Vegetarian Recipes Ingredients 10 vegetable rolls/素食面线虾 vegetarian Misua prawns su shi mian xian xia (defrost) 10 bird’s eye chilies (dice) 20 curry leaves 1/2 cup of evaporated milk Seasonings 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning Method Fry vegetable rolls till golden brown, dish out, drain and set on a plate. In 1 tablespoon of remaining oil, stir-fry curry leaves + bird’s eye chilies + evaporated milk + salt + vegetarian seasoning. Briefly simmer. Slowly pour the hot sauce over the fried vegetarian rolls and serve.
